About the Role
The Chief of Staff, CRO will drive alignment, operating rigor, and execution across Attentive’s Revenue organization. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will translate strategy into clear priorities, build efficient operating systems, and ensure rapid, quality decision-making at the executive level. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and requires balancing narrative creation with hands on program management.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Drive strategic alignment across Sales, CS, RevOps and GTM teams.
- Operationalize the CRO’s priorities with clear workstreams and metrics.
- Manage executive operating cadence including leadership meetings and reviews.
- Create executive-ready narratives on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and accelerate decision-making.
- Support planning, prioritization and resource trade-offs across the Revenue org.
- Act as a force multiplier by anticipating needs and unblocking leaders.
Your Expertise
- 5–8+ years blending strategy, operations and program leadership.
- Proven record in driving alignment across complex, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments with a proactive approach.
- Understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce and similar tools.
