Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a talented team of software engineers.
  • Oversee agile development, sprint planning, and task facilitation.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to set technical roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership, enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Work with DevOps to streamline deployment and automate workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation through adoption of new technologies.
  • Participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, and mentorship initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar leadership role within FinTech or tech-driven companies.
  • Hands-on technical background in software development and design with Agile/Scrum expertise.
  • Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sagemaker) and AWS cloud platform.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to drive a collaborative environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Benefits & Additional Information

The role offers a base salary between $135,000 and $160,000. Full-time salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including Flexible Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability coverages, and a 401k plan with company match.
