For our Service Field Customer Support, Reliability, Security (CRS) within the Tribe Identity and Security Platforms (CRSISP), we are seeking you, full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week), as a Senior Software Engineer Identity- & Access-Management (m/f/d). This role is available in Berlin, Karlsruhe, Munich, or Münster. You will collaborate with 8 colleagues across different locations and with diverse interfaces. Please note: This position requires on-call/shift readiness and a background check.Responsibilities with Perspective
- You will play a significant role in the conception, architecture, and strategic development of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- You will be a key point of contact for the technical roadmap, ensuring our IAM strategy is implemented future-proof using modern development methods and tools.
- You will leverage your deep development experience and technical expertise within the team, analyzing current and future requirements and developing innovative solutions that meet the latest technological standards.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, including automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests), ensuring a stable and reliable IAM environment.
- You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions for digital identities, contributing innovative ideas and driving their implementation for continuous system improvement.
Candidate Profile
- You hold a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in the development, architecture, and operation of software systems in an enterprise environment. Experience in leading interdisciplinary (sub-)projects is also valued.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of IT architectures, IT security standards, and their implementation in enterprise environments. You also have advanced language, protocol, and interface knowledge (e.g., Java, Groovy, Python, Bash, REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect).
- You can design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable IAM architectures.
- You are proficient in German (C1 level) and have good English skills (B2 level) for effective communication in an international setting.
- You can analyze requirements at a strategic level and develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
