Overview

AtriCure, Inc. provides innovative technologies for the treatment of Afib and related conditions. Their products include the Isolator Synergy Ablation System, AtriClip Left Atrial Appendage Exclusion System, Hybrid AF Therapy, and cryoICE cryoSPHERE probe.

Role Impact

The Hybrid Therapies Sales Manager is responsible for the adoption and program development of AtriCure’s Hybrid Therapies procedures and left atrial appendage technologies. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams, prospecting, qualifying, and closing direct business sales in cardiothoracic operating rooms, EP Labs, and related departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the designated territory.
  • Engage with hospital administration to present product tools and initiatives.
  • Support the Establishment of Centers of Excellence in hospital facilities.
  • Work with cross-functional sales leadership teams to ensure goal achievement.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities while managing territory activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in cardiac surgical ablation systems.
  • Electrophysiology (EP) experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude with proven sales track record.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% or more.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary plus bonus/commission, car allowance, expense reimbursements, comprehensive healthcare, 401K match, Tuition Reimbursement, and more benefits. Salary range is approximately $60,000 - $110,000 based on experience.
