The Role in a Nutshell

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader Fullstack Java to lead our professional team in the Alpes-Maritimes. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the design and development of robust microservices architectures with Spring and Angular technologies, while ensuring the technical supervision of the team. You will play a key role in defining technological directions and validating architectural choices, and will work on Microsoft Azure Cloud environments to ensure the integration and performance of deployed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the design, development, and maintenance of fullstack applications based on a microservices architecture with Java (Spring), ensuring technical consistency and robustness of solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions, arbitrate and validate strategic architectural choices for projects, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with DevOps teams to ensure continuous, secure, and high-performance system integration.
  • Ensure active technological monitoring, identify and promote the adoption of new practices or tools, and drive continuous improvement of development processes within the team.
  • Lead the analysis of user needs and guide the design of innovative software solutions, ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the validation of technical feasibility analyses, propose relevant alternatives, and support their validation with the relevant teams.
  • Supervise the modeling, design, and implementation of robust databases, ensuring their performance and scalability.
  • Implement and monitor unit, integration, and performance testing strategies to ensure the quality of deliverables, while involving the team in a shared quality approach.
  • Organize and guarantee the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications, supporting the team in incident resolution and continuous optimization of solutions.

What You Will Do If You Join Us

Specification Analysis

As a Technical Leader Fullstack, lead the identification and formalization of user needs to guide the development of new software solutions or the evolution of existing applications. Ensure consistency between business expectations and technical choices.

Software Design and Development

Supervise the design of technical solutions, conduct in-depth feasibility studies, and propose innovative alternatives to product teams and users for validation. Ensure adherence to development standards and coordinate the modeling, design, and implementation of robust database systems, ensuring their performance and scalability.

Software Testing and Maintenance

Define and implement unit, integration, and performance testing strategies to ensure the quality of deliverables. Lead the software validation phase, make necessary adjustments, and organize continuous support, assisting the team in incident resolution and improvement of existing solutions.

Documentation

Ensure the writing and updating of comprehensive and accessible technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating the understanding, maintenance, and evolution of applications.

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree or Master's in Computer Science
  • Experience in similar roles
  • Proficiency in Java and Angular development
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SaFe)
  • Proficiency in English
