About The Role

We're looking for an IT Business Analyst ITIL Expert who can translate business needs into ITSM solutions and ensure seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll provide expert guidance on processes and best practices, shape solution designs and help us deliver high-quality IT services on a scale.

Your Responsibilities

• Bridge business and IT: Understand customer business requirements and procedures, translate them into clear, actionable “IT language” for technical teams.
• Act as the process subject‑matter expert: Providing expert guidance and participating in peer/expert reviews within the relevant business and IT domain.
• Process design: Design, develop business and IT related processes and prepare the related documentation.
• Set the bar for ITSM excellence: Provide expertise, direction, leadership and oversight into ITSM best practices and solution design.
• Enhance ITSM capabilities: Support development and configuration across multiple areas, including (but not limited to) Incident Management, Service Catalog, Change, Problem, SLM, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), CMS, and Reporting.
• Contribute across the lifecycle: Coordinate system architecture with concept, application development and production to ensure consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with ITIL processes or in a Business Analyst role; ideally with hands-on OpenText, ServiceNow or other service management solution implementations.
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation (or higher) certification.
• Confident presentation and interpersonal skills; strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
