Due to positive business development, we are looking for a Client Executive Partner (m/f/d) for existing customer support as soon as possible.
Client Executive Partner (m/f/d) - Existing Customer Support
(Hybrid working, HQ Vienna)
Your Responsibilities
- From our HQ in Vienna (remote working possible), you will significantly steer our local sales performance, including:
- Primary responsibility for customers in the Private Sector (manufacturing, industrial & service companies) as well as maintaining and intensifying customer relationships with the goal of a long-term and lasting partnership.
- Management of service delivery for existing business/contracts.
- Identification of business needs and subsequent development and addressing of offering ideas.
- Planning and execution of the offer process, considering all customer requirements, critical points, and risks, with technical input from Bid Support.
- P&L and SLA responsibility.
- Creation of offers with customer-specific adaptations and cross-service line elements in coordination with Service Delivery.
- Conducting customer negotiations and developing diverse documents and presentations for technical topic presentation to the customer.
Your Profile
- Completed higher technical and/or commercial education (University, FH, HTL...).
- Several years of professional experience in (IT) Sales/Client Executive environment.
- Good project management know-how.
- Good knowledge of the Austrian market.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Knowledge of current IT topics and trends, as well as a high interest in future technologies.
- Self-reliant, closing-oriented, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Negotiation skills at an international level.
- Fluent German and English language skills.

Salary
Your annual salary will be around €100,000 gross/year corresponding to the position. Your actual annual target income will be determined based on your qualifications and experience in a market-driven manner. An overpayment is possible and likely.
