The Opportunity

We are seeking a Content Delivery Senior Manager to lead Atomi’s large-scale content production engine. You will oversee a team of over 40 creators, producers, and team leads to ensure every project meets high quality, is delivered on time, and scales effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach multiple content team leads across various disciplines.
  • Oversee concurrent large-scale production schedules to meet ambitious targets.
  • Build and optimize systems, workflows, and sprint cadences.
  • Balance creative quality with operational efficiency across all content streams.
  • Collaborate with Curriculum, Product, and Design teams to ensure standards.
  • Anticipate risks and resolve blockers with clear communication.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and GenAI-powered workflows.
  • Utilize data and metrics to improve performance and outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in content production in digital media, online learning or edtech.
  • Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary teams (40+ people).
  • Deep understanding of video, scriptwriting, and audio production workflows.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • A strategic, data-driven, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience with workflow automation and production tools like Jira.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field are highly regarded.
