About This Role: Senior Brand Designer

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a key role in shaping, scaling, and expressing the brand globally. You will create high-quality static and motion assets that strengthen brand recognition, clarity, and emotional connection across all markets and channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, growth, content, and local market teams to ensure a consistent yet adaptable brand expression worldwide.

Responsibilities

In this Senior Brand Designer role, you will:

  • Brand creation & execution: Lead digital campaigns, social media visuals, landing pages, presentations, and print materials.
  • Produce motion & video content: Develop brand animations, social and paid ads, short videos & explainers, animated guidelines, and templates.
  • Ensure visual coherence: Maintain consistency between static and motion across all outputs.
  • Adapt creative assets: Tailor assets for multiple countries, languages, and formats.
  • Global Brand System: Contribute to its evolution, ensure scalability and consistency, and develop clear brand guidelines (static & motion) for local teams, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and growth teams internationally, translate strategic briefs into strong creative concepts, manage feedback efficiently, and act as a quality bar for brand design standards globally.

Your Profile

This Senior Brand Designer role requires a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in brand design, with demonstrated expertise in both static and motion design, and the ability to independently lead complex, high-impact creative projects.

  • Design & Motion Expertise: Strong expertise in brand design & visual systems, high-level motion design skills (After Effects required), excellent typography, layout, and composition skills.
  • Experience designing for: Web & landing pages, digital campaigns, social platforms, print, video.
  • Tools: Figma (advanced), Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects (mandatory), Premiere Pro or equivalent, Framer (nice to have).
  • Skills: Clear communication across global teams, strong ownership with autonomous, structured thinking, collaborative and feedback-driven mindset, ability to switch easily between several tasks and change priorities.
  • Experience: Proven experience in international or multi-market environments, portfolio demonstrating both static and motion excellence, experience working with global brands or distributed teams (strong plus), experience in scale-up or fast-growing environments (appreciated).
