ABOUT THE ADVISORY BOARD

  • Commitment Time: The role is designed to be extremely lightweight, requiring as little as 1-2 hours a month. We understand the busy schedules of Senior Executives on our Advisory Board and offer bespoke arrangements to ensure alignment with your availability.
  • Fully Remote: Atmosfy is a remote-first company, providing flexibility for our employees, consultants, and advisors.
  • Advisor Network: Our Advisory Board features over 25 top executives in their fields from companies like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Strategic Growth Advisor, you will act as a strategic sounding board for growth ideas, experiments, and prioritization. Your expertise will be vital in pressure-testing acquisition, retention, and monetization initiatives. You will provide an outside perspective on scaling distribution, refining product loops, and optimizing positioning, while sharing valuable pattern recognition derived from past growth successes and mistakes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Strategy & Guidance
    • Advise on the growth roadmap and experiment prioritization.
    • Review funnel metrics and highlight high-leverage opportunities.
    • Help refine viral loops, invite mechanics, and creator activation systems.
  • Acquisition & Distribution
    • Provide input on TikTok, SEO, referral, and partnership growth channels.
    • Make introductions when relevant to unlock distribution or strategic leverage.
    • Spot scalable opportunities the team might be too close to see.
  • Retention & Monetization
    • Sanity-check onboarding and conversion flows.
    • Provide feedback on subscription, wallet, and affiliate monetization strategy.
    • Help identify friction points impacting D1/D7 retention.
  • High-Level Support
    • Join periodic check-ins (e.g., monthly or quarterly).
    • Be available for occasional ad-hoc feedback on major launches.
