About the Atmosfy Advisory Board - Growth Role

As an Atmosfy Advisory Board - Growth member, you will act as a strategic sounding board for growth ideas, experiments, and prioritization. You will help pressure-test acquisition, retention, and monetization initiatives, providing outside perspective on scaling distribution, product loops, and positioning, and sharing pattern recognition from past growth wins and mistakes.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Prioritization

• Advise on growth roadmap sequencing and experiment prioritization.
• Review funnel metrics and surface the highest-leverage opportunities.
• Pressure-test growth hypotheses before the team invests cycles into them.

Acquisition & Distribution

• Provide input on channel strategy across paid, organic, referral, and partnerships.
• Spot scalable distribution opportunities the team may be too close to see.
• Make introductions to unlock strategic distribution or channel leverage.

Retention & Monetization

• Sanity-check onboarding flows and early activation sequences.
• Give feedback on monetization strategy and conversion optimization.
• Identify friction points driving drop-off at D1/D7/D30.

Product-Led Growth

• Help refine viral loops, invite mechanics, and referral systems.
• Advise on creator and community activation as a growth lever.
• Review how the core product experience drives organic word-of-mouth.

Ongoing Support

• Join monthly or quarterly check-ins to review metrics and priorities.
• Be available for ad-hoc input on major launches, pivots, or growth bets.
