Role Overview
The Cloud Support Technician is vital within our Service Operations team, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service for our clients' cloud environments in Azure.
What You'll Do
- Technical Support: Monitor, analyze, and resolve Azure incident reports and telemetry alerts.
- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain customer systems in Azure.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to virtual servers and networks, escalating as needed.
- Process Review: Document and optimize systems and procedures regularly.
- Customer Communication: Explain technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language and provide regular updates.
The Skills You'll Need
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with virtual servers and networking concepts.
- A desire to learn and master Azure cloud technologies.
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
Qualifications & Compensation
Previous experience in help desk/service desk support or systems administration is required. Experience in managed services, hosted service environments, or Network Operations Centers is a plus. Salary ranges between $50,000 and $60,000 per year. Additional performance bonuses and certification cash bonuses are provided.
