Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with Atlassian’s largest, most strategic customers in the EMEA North region.
  • Drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth across our product suite.
  • Partner with our Sales team on account planning and driving total book of business growth through competitive, market and white space analysis.
  • Accelerate revenue growth and manage high-value renewals/expansions.
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles and identify, lead and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Build senior/executive relationships (virtual and in-person).
  • Analyze accounts for growth and risk, and proactively address issues.
  • Maintain an understanding of product updates and new offerings and articulate those improvements to customers and our solution partners.
  • Identify risk in your Customer's portfolio and assessing solutions to reduce issues before they impact customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast accountability and report on your book of business.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in account management, sales, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across diverse cultures.
  • Consistent record of exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience with high-value, enterprise customer engagements.
  • Skilled in managing complex, end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Proven success selling Enterprise SaaS globally.
  • Experience with Channel Partners & GSIs for account growth.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS customer journey and risk management.
  • Proficient with Slack, Salesforce, Gong and Tableau.
  • Strong data analysis skills for identifying risks, opportunities, and forecasting growth.
