Responsibilities of a Solutions Engineer, Spanish Speaker
- Partner with direct sales, partners, and larger account teams to optimize Fortune 500 customers within your territory, tracking their profiles, business problems, roadmaps, and solution success.
- Participate in customer discovery to understand their current state, business problems, and map these to relevant Atlassian products, platforms, and solutions.
- Proactively investigate, discover, and assess client pain points, identifying opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion.
- Act as a product expert in the pre-sales process, articulating and demonstrating the value of Atlassian software and its impact on ways of working.
- Possess a broad understanding of the full Atlassian product and solution offerings, crafting compelling narratives about how they integrate to empower teams.
- Lead engaging, value-based demonstrations, customized for various stakeholder needs, from detailed individual product demos to presenting the portfolio's broader vision.
- Understand, guide, and lead the customer's technical needs throughout the sales process to secure their buy-in on Atlassian as the optimal choice.
- Forge strong partnerships with aligned account executives, regularly discussing pipeline, opportunities, feedback, and ways to improve the selling cycle.
- Track and document product feedback and competitive intelligence from customers, advocating for internal development by sharing insights with product management.
- Continuously learn, develop, and refine pre-sales techniques, product knowledge, solution offerings, and sales processes as Atlassian products evolve.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2+ years of pre-sales experience with customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities for multi-level audiences, and exceptional agility. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
