Solution Consultant, Cloud Platform
Atlassian is looking for a Solution Consultant with a Cloud Platform focus to join their Advisory Services Delivery team. This is an individual contributor role where you will work with large, strategic enterprise organizations to solve complex business challenges using Atlassian's cloud products and solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize their Atlassian investment and showcasing successes to peers.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Advisory Services peers to align on strategic outcomes and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Partner with customers to solve business challenges and achieve goals using Atlassian products, practices, and solutions.
- Identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion within client organizations.
- Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise, staying current with evolving best practices.
- Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance for customer goals in Atlassian solution areas.
- Partner with internal Atlassian teams to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions.
- Travel up to 30% of the time for internal and customer-facing events.
Your Background
- 4-6 years of experience in SaaS companies.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, influencing stakeholders from technical administrators to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian's Cloud Platform, including administration of Atlassian Cloud ecosystems (e.g., Guard, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Focus, Rovo).
- Background in SaaS-based architectures, integration methods, and security considerations.
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud migration processes, utilities, and hybrid deployment models.
- Experience with Rovo, Agentic AI, MCP, and/or other AI integrations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language like Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a plus.

- Experience in cross-team projects, engaging with Sales, Product, Support, and other teams.

Compensation & Benefits
Atlassian offers competitive compensation with base pay ranges based on geographic pay zones in the United States (Zone A: $128,700 - $168,025; Zone B: $116,100 - $151,575; Zone C: $107,100 - $139,825).
