Atlassian is hiring a Solution Consultant with a focus on Cloud Platform Development and Integration to join its globally distributed Advisory Services team. This role involves working with large, strategic enterprise organizations to solve complex business challenges using Atlassian products and solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize their Atlassian investment and showcasing successes to peers.

About the Role
As a Solution Consultant, you will be an individual contributor focused on Atlassian's Cloud Platform. You'll provide expert guidance, aligning product capabilities with client business needs and desired outcomes. Your role is crucial in expanding the reach of Atlassian technologies into new use cases and markets, helping customers unleash their teams' potential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Advisory Services peers to align on strategic outcomes for exceptional customer service.
- Partner with customers to solve business challenges and achieve goals using Atlassian products and solutions.
- Identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion within client organizations.
- Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise, staying current with evolving best practices.
- Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance for customer goals in Atlassian solution areas.
- Partner with internal Atlassian teams to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions.
- Travel up to 30% of the time domestically and internationally for events.
Your Background
- 4-6 years of experience in SaaS companies.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, influencing stakeholders from technical administrators to executive leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian's Cloud Platform, including administration of ecosystems like Guard, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Focus, and Rovo.
- Background in SaaS-based architectures, integration methods, and security considerations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Atlassian ecosystem development, including custom app/plugin development using Forge and experience with the Atlassian Cloud REST API.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node, and React.
- Exposure to the Atlassian Connect framework and application migration.
- Experience with Rovo, Agentic AI, MCP, and/or other AI integrations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; a second language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus.
- Comfortable coaching best practices and tailoring guidance.
- Experience in cross-team projects (Sales, Product, Support).
- Experience with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity.
Compensation
At Atlassian, compensation is designed to be equitable, explainable, and competitive. Base pay ranges vary by geographic pay zone in the United States:
- Zone A: USD 128,700 - USD 168,025
- Zone B: USD 116,100 - USD 151,575
- Zone C: USD 107,100 - USD 139,825
