Responsibilities
As a Senior Solutions Engineer Enterprise LATAM, you will:
- Partner with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to address customer challenges.
- Conduct customer discovery and map business needs to Atlassian products.
- Deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations and guide customers through technical evaluations.
- Forge strong internal partnerships to improve the sales cycle and refine product feedback.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and further enterprise engagements.
Qualifications
Applicants should have 5+ years of pre-sales experience with mid-market and enterprise customers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex business problems. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required. A strong blend of technical and business skills is essential along with a customer-centric mindset.
