  • Proven record of leading transformation initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with AI, digital transformation, and Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with Customer Success Planning frameworks and tools (Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Bi-lingual in French and English.
  • Preferred experience with Atlassian-powered solutions and ITSM certification.
