- Experience with AI, digital transformation, and Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with Customer Success Planning frameworks and tools (Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau).
- Bi-lingual in French and English.
- Preferred experience with Atlassian-powered solutions and ITSM certification.
