Your Future Team

As a Research Associate, you will join a team of research experts to conduct studies that inform product design, strategy, and development. You will work closely with product management, design, marketing, data science, and engineering teams to influence decisions and drive better customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct generative and evaluative research under a Research Manager.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product direction.
• Collaborate with other research specialties for deeper insights.
• Communicate research findings in creative and credible ways.

Qualifications

Minimum: Pursuing a master’s in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field with graduation by June 2026. Open only to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (excluding internships/co-ops).

Preferred: Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, creative problem-solving, and proficiency in data management and analysis.
