Responsibilities

The Customer Advocate is a blend of brand ambassador and problem solver, passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The team works collaboratively to resolve sales-related issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Provide customer service via email, chat, and phone.

  • Improve support processes with customer feedback and automation.
  • Collaborate with remote teams for seamless customer experiences.
