The Mid-Market sales team focuses on managing a portfolio of mid-sized and Enterprise customers. This involves identifying cloud-first sales, cross-sell, and user expansion opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Account Executives are also expected to advocate for customers by providing valuable feedback to product and engineering teams, thereby enhancing the customer experience.
This role requires close collaboration with Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Solution Engineers, and Sales Development Representatives. The team is committed to guiding customers in deploying and utilizing Atlassian solutions at scale, all while upholding Atlassian's core values. You will report to the Mid-Market Sales Manager, Southern Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement named Account and Territory plans to maximize expansion opportunities across a diverse product portfolio and ensure high customer success.
- Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the mid-market segment.
- Prospect and qualify leads within the defined mid-market customer segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, understand their business needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to named clients within your Territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams, Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to streamline sales processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the mid-market segment.
- Travel occasionally to meet clients, attend industry events, conferences, and intentional togetherness gatherings as required.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
- Extensive experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales as an Account Executive.
- Southern European market expertise.
- Experience in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals.
- Experience growing Mid-Enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell, and solution selling across a multiple SKU, platform solution.
- Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams.
- Experience working in a co-sell motion with a channel of solution partners.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Contributes to the overall team culture in a positive, impactful way.

Compensation
Atlassian aims for equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation. The baseline of their salary ranges is typically higher, and most candidates are hired near this baseline, with final pay determined by skills, expertise, and experience. The salary for this role is PLN 168,000 - PLN 197,400 per year, and may also include benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
