Role Overview
The Account Executive drives new business growth by independently sourcing, managing, and closing high-value strategic opportunities in the Employer of Record (EOR) space. This role involves engaging HR, legal, finance, and procurement stakeholders, and managing a long sales cycle with complex, high-value B2B deals.

- Data-Driven & Accountable: Monitors pipeline metrics and embraces accountability for revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or workforce solutions sales, with at least 2–3 years in EOR global employment or HR compliance. Proven quota achievement in hunter roles, comfort in selling to C-level executives, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong are essential.
