Role Overview

As the Global Product Marketing Manager reporting into the VP, Global Growth Marketing, you will be the strategic voice of AtlasHXM’s product and service in the market. You will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, aligning cross-functional teams to drive global adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to buyer personas to drive new Atlas platform feature adoption.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead integrated launch plans for new features and product releases across global markets, collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Integrated Marketing teams. Work with marketing intelligence on positioning stories and competitive rankings.
  • Market Research: Collaborate with marketing intelligence to conduct deep market research, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis to inform product direction.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales Enablement to build global tools such as battle cards and product collateral.
  • Content Development: Work with internal and external teams to produce product-focused assets like eBooks, case studies, videos, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Lifecycle Marketing Support: Enhance customer experience and adoption in partnership with Customer Success and Field Marketing.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and iterate on strategies for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience, with 3+ years in global B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in HR tech or EOR.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals including positioning, competitor research, messaging, GTM, and enablement.
  • Outstanding communicator with a strategic mindset and data-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a high-growth environment.
  • Passion for simplifying complexity and crafting effective narratives.
