About Atlas Labs Research

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated freelance science writer to create concise, factual articles about peptide chemistry, pharmacology, and laboratory testing. You will transform technical source material into educational blog posts that help researchers understand compound properties, QC methods, and handling practices.
Responsibilities
- Write 2–3 research-based blog articles per week (800–1,200 words).
- Follow our editorial template including introduction, structure/properties, QC, and FAQ sections.
- Conduct a light literature review using PubMed or other reliable sources.
- Ensure all content aligns with RUO compliance standards.
- Submit clean drafts via Google Docs and respond to feedback promptly.
Qualifications
- Major or background in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, English, or Technical Writing.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to factual accuracy.
- Ability to explain scientific concepts clearly to an educated audience.
- Reliable, organized, and responsive to deadlines.
- Preferred prior writing experience in academic, journalistic, or blog contexts.
Compensation & Terms
Compensation is $50–$75 per article depending on depth and quality. The role offers a flexible remote schedule with ongoing work available after a trial period. It is also eligible for internship credit if applicable through your university.
