Field Service Engineer Mission
Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. What You Will Do
- Report into the Operations Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.
- Diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Act as the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

About the Team and Location
You will be part of our customer center in FREPILLON. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, France (FR).
