Overview
Atlantic Emergency Solutions-Atlantic Heavy Duty is seeking an experienced full-time Service Center Manager. The role is responsible for managing daily operations at the service center, ensuring high levels of customer relations, profitability, and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relations
- Oversee operational costs and service center profitability
- Manage work scheduling and closing repair orders & parts tickets
- Handle customer complaints and manage dealer relations
- Process warranty claims and claim payments
- Manage personnel including recruitment, training, and performance
Requirements
Candidates must be highly motivated with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. A minimum of 5-7 years experience and at least three years of supervisory experience is required. A pre-employment drug screening and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
