Job Details

Job Summary

The Field Representative is responsible for coordinating onsite installations of ceramic tile, LVT, wood, carpet, and other flooring scopes under agreement. This role involves organization, paperwork, and direct communication with customer field builders, AWC Account Managers, and installation subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-walk jobsites to ensure readiness for installation
  • Coordinate with customer representatives, subcontractors, and AWC Operations
  • Monitor installations for quality, compliance, and safety standards
  • Prepare progress notes and report in team meetings
  • Resolve discrepancies in work orders, blueprints, and specifications
  • Enforce safety requirements including PPE, tool inspections, and safety training
  • Coordinate deliveries and scheduling as needed
  • Perform QA/QC and manage punch list completion

Requirements

Candidates must be independent, detail-oriented and possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. A valid driver's license, OSHA 10 (and occasionally OSHA 30), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the use of an iPad are required.

Physical & Work Environment

This role requires walking around job sites, heavy lifting, ascending/descending stairs, and exposure to varying noise levels and weather conditions.
