About the Role
As a Senior Systems Engineer IT Endpoint Engineering at Atlan, you will be a cornerstone of our Endpoint Engineering function, owning and maturing our endpoint management strategy and driving endpoint security and compliance. You will also work across cloud infrastructure and network security, automate IT workflows, and help lay the groundwork for a Zero Trust endpoint architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Endpoint Management (Jamf & Intune): Own Jamf Pro environment and manage Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, patch management, and compliance.
- Endpoint & Network Security: Drive security posture with disk encryption, firewall policies, Zero Trust network architecture, and hands-on work with tools like Palo Alto Prisma and Cloudflare.
- Cloud Infrastructure & Access Governance: Support AWS/GCP operations, perform IAM reviews, and enforce Zero Trust access controls.
- Automation & Self-Service IT: Automate IT workflows using scripting languages and build reporting dashboards.
- Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, document processes, and mentor junior team members.
What Makes a Great Match?
Minimum 4+ years experience in IT Systems/Endpoint Engineering with strong expertise in Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, deep understanding of macOS and Windows management, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), network security fundamentals, and strong scripting skills. Experience with Zero Trust principles and EDR platforms is a plus.
