Role Overview

As the Analyst, Knowledge Management at Athena, you serve as the glue holding our community together. Your responsibilities include content management, incentive program administration, community feedback collection, and ongoing data analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Develop and maintain templates and resource libraries for community engagement.
  • Community Incentives: Manage incentive system including points, badges, and awards.
  • Platform Management: Ensure the community platform is up-to-date and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Data Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights on engagement trends and performance.
  • Community Feedback: Collect member feedback to ensure the community remains valuable.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with trends and best practices in community management.

Skills And Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging the community.

Experience & Education

Requires three years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field.
