Role Overview: Senior Information Security Engineer

The ideal candidate will have proven experience addressing business security risks in several critical areas including Human Element, Identity & Access Management, Platform & Perimeter Security, and Security Program Management. You will work on initiatives such as simulated phishing and social engineering training, SaaS integrations, multi-cloud security controls, incident response planning, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Human Element: Simulated phishing, social engineering, and password hygiene training.
• Identity & Access Management: Integration of SaaS via SAML/OIDC/OAUTH/SCIM and enforcement of Zero-Trust controls.
• Platform & Perimeter Security: Implementing multi-cloud security practices, WAF solutions, remote access, and DevSecOps practices.
• Security Program Management: Incident response planning, playbook authoring, and threat monitoring.
• Professionalism: Strong organizational, communication skills and ability to work in a complex technical environment.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 3-5+ years hands-on experience in an enterprise security role.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, OSCP, or equivalent (preferred).
