In this role, you will directly contribute to maximizing the value of customer data for our clients, particularly across data-driven marketing, customer experience, and marketing technology initiatives. You’ll work on the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud for some of the largest brands in North America, and your success will be measured by your ability to design scalable solutions, unify customer data, and turn complex insights into real business outcomes.Your Team

You’ll collaborate closely with Salesforce consultants, data architects, and marketing specialists, reporting to a practice lead or consulting director. No egos, just smart, curious people solving complex problems together, alongside marketing, CRM, data, customer experience, and technology teams, all focused on delivering measurable client impact.What to Expect
Your day to day will look like this:- Partnering with clients to understand their needs around customer data, unified customer views, and personalized marketing, with a strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Designing and documenting Data Cloud architectures and solution designs aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Assessing existing ecosystems (CRM, CDP, MDM, Martech) and identifying optimization and modernization opportunities.
- Building audience segmentation strategies and activating data for marketing and customer service use cases.
- Translating complex CDP, digital data, and data governance concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The Experience We Are Looking For
The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including participation in at least two implementations or comparable projects.
- Strong experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or Master Data Management platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Amperity, ActionIQ, IBM InfoSphere).
- Solid understanding of data management principles, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Proven ability to analyze complex customer datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations.
- Nice-to-haves: Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales or Service Cloud data models.
- Background in consulting or digital agencies, working across diverse client environments.
