About the Role

Atarim, an AI-first, fast-growing seed-stage company, is revolutionising creative work collaboration. As a Product Manager, you will manage daily product operations and shape the future of Atarim’s product function, working directly with the CEO and founder.

Responsibilities

  • Own Atarim’s product vision, roadmap, and execution
  • Collaborate with the CEO on strategic direction and priorities
  • Run agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Write and maintain product requirements and ideation documents
  • Champion design excellence and user experience
  • Identify AI integration opportunities in workflows
  • Engage with customers to transform pain points into opportunities
  • Utilize analytics and user testing for data-informed decisions
  • Balance speed with high quality in product delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS or B2B product management
  • Hands-on agile operations skills
  • Passion for design, AI, and workflow tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools
  • Experience in fast-paced and distributed startup environments

Nice to Have

  • Background in UI/UX or strong design sensibility
  • Familiarity with developer tools and workflows (Laravel, React, APIs)
  • Experience in agencies, web development, or digital collaboration tools
