Overview

The Senior Content Writer develops compelling, data-driven content that engages readers, optimizes user experiences, drives conversions, and communicates competitive advantages for our web and app business and consumer audiences. This role requires office presence 5 days per week in Dallas, Texas with no relocation offered.
Primary Responsibilities
- Write copy for landing pages, banners, and ads using SEO principles.
- Curate learn-page articles and follow copywriting best practices.
- Research target audiences, industry trends, and competitors.
- Develop content that aligns with AT&T brand messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, legal and creative teams.
- Update content to meet style standards and business requirements.
Core Competencies & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications or similar.
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing copywriting.
- Expertise in persuasive writing, SEO, UX/UI principles.
- Strong collaboration, excellent communication, and detail orientation.
- Proficiency with Chicago Manual of Style and Workfront a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from approximately $87,200 to $144,000 USD annually. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, generous Paid Time Off, parental leave, caregiver leave, and additional perks.
