Overview
It’s time to take your sales career to the next level with AT&T. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will create meaningful connections with customers by using personalized sales expertise and a consultative approach.
What to Expect
On the sales floor, you will guide customers through options and help them choose the best AT&T products and services. You will also be involved in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.
Schedule & Environment
You will work between 9am-9pm including weekends. Flexible schedules are provided two weeks in advance. This fast-paced environment requires adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs.
Qualifications
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No experience? AT&T offers the tools, training, and coaching necessary to help you succeed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary between $20.45 - $21.43 per hour
- Commission opportunities with potential annual earnings up to $62,460
