Overview
The Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales goals by demonstrating AT&T's latest technology products, including Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools. You will work in a fast-paced team environment to educate and engage customers through product demonstrations while providing courteous service.
General Duties
Duties include understanding customers' needs, multi-tasking, and ensuring that each customer is provided with tailored product recommendations. This role involves direct interaction with customers, supporting a safe and knowledgeable shopping experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Earnings include an hourly wage between $20.45 - $21.4375 plus $6,850 in commissions when sales goals are met. Part-time roles (20-24 hours per week) average about $30,725 per year. Additional benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO, sick leave, parental benefits, disability and life insurance, employee discounts on AT&T plans and accessories, among others.
Working Environment
This role requires adherence to safety and social distancing guidelines due to COVID-19 and is conducted on-site at the Los Angeles, CA location.
