Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T
The Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales goals. The role involves staying updated on the latest technology products including Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools, and educating customers through engaging product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets with a competitive spirit.
- Engage in a fast paced team environment.
- Deliver courteous and prompt customer service.
- Utilize up-to-date knowledge on technology and entertainment devices.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate from $20.45 to $21.43.
- Up to $13,700 in commissions (uncapped earning potential).
- Full range of benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), Tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and more.
