Field Sales Representative at AT&T
Join an elite group of sales professionals providing customized, white glove experiences in customers’ homes. As a Field Sales Representative, you are expected to connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and achieve your sales goals with uncapped commission potential.
Role Overview
You will represent AT&T at customer locations, delivering personalized sales interactions during scheduled appointments. Your responsibilities include conducting hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and resolving issues to keep customers connected.
How You Get the Job Done
- Participate in paid training with coaching and mentoring.
- Engage daily with warm prospects through scheduled appointments.
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Drive using a company vehicle for official business use.
- Work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Expectations
- Minimum 1+ years commission sales experience, with a focus on outsides sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and upselling techniques.
- Strong verbal communication and rapport building skills.
- Valid driver’s license is required along with a background check.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salaries range from $61,800 to $100,000 based on geography, experience, expertise, and training, with uncapped commission potential.
