About the Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant Role at AT&T

Do you speak Spanish and English? AT&T is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to join their dynamic sales team. As a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of customer interaction, helping individuals, families, and communities connect through the latest devices and personalized services.

What to Expect in This Role

  • On the sales floor, employ a consultative sales approach to guide customers through various options, demonstrating passion for helping people.
  • Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.
  • Work a flexible schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer requirements.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but comprehensive tools, training, and coaching will be provided to help you succeed, even without prior sales experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultants at AT&T earn between $20.45 - $21.43 per hour, plus an additional $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can achieve annual earnings of up to $62,460. Individual starting salaries may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
