Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our customer interactions. Your primary goal is to meet sales targets and earn commissions by leveraging AT&T's comprehensive suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services that connect communities.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options and demonstrating your passion for helping people.
- Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs. Seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and adapting to changing customer needs.
Qualifications and Training
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required. AT&T provides comprehensive tools, training, and coaching to ensure you meet and exceed your sales goals.
Compensation and Benefits
Our Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultants earn between $20.45 - $21.43 per hour plus commissions. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year, exceeding the average commission of $13,700 when sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, regular position with weekly hours of 40. The role is located at 980 N Western Ave, San Pedro, CA.
