Every day, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, dedicated to building meaningful connections through your personalized sales expertise. Your goal will be to meet sales targets and earn commissions by leveraging AT&T's comprehensive suite of products, including the latest devices and services designed to bring communities closer.
What to Expect in This Role
- You'll engage with customers using a consultative sales approach, guiding them through various options and allowing your passion for helping others to shine.
- Become an active part of the local community by participating in events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.
- Your work schedule will typically fall between 9 am and 9 pm, encompassing weekend hours, ensuring you are available when customers need assistance most. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
- While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, it's not strictly required. AT&T provides all the necessary tools, comprehensive training, and coaching to help you achieve and exceed your goals.
Compensation and Benefits
Our Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultants can earn between $20.45 - $21.43 per hour. Additionally, there's potential to earn up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Part-time consultants working 20-24 hours per week earn an average total compensation of $30,725 per year. Individual starting salaries within this range may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
