About the Role: Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

What to Expect
As a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Using a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options and demonstrating your passion for helping people.
- Engaging with the community through events, processing online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.
- Working a flexible schedule between 9 AM and 9 PM, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs.
While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, it's not strictly required. AT&T provides all the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you achieve and exceed your sales goals!
Compensation and Benefits
Our Retail Sales Consultants typically earn between $20.45 and $21.43 per hour, plus an additional $13,700 in commissions when sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top performers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salaries may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
