Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T
Are you fluent in both Spanish and English? AT&T is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your sales career, providing personalized expertise and creating meaningful connections with every customer.
Your primary goal will be to meet sales targets and earn commissions by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services that connect communities.
What You'll Do
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options, showcasing your passion for helping people.
- Engage with the community by participating in events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9 AM and 9 PM, including weekends, to ensure coverage when customers need assistance. Seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs through flexibility and openness to change.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but comprehensive training and coaching will be provided for those new to sales.
- A strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets and earn commissions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Compensation & Benefits
Retail Sales Consultants at AT&T earn between $20.45 - $21.43 per hour, plus an average of $13,700 in commissions annually if sales goals are met. Top performers can achieve up to $62,460 per year with uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education.
