About the role
Lead Data Analysis - Compensation Enablement Team
Contribute to a connected, data-driven organization by transforming complex enterprise data into clear, actionable, and trusted insights.
As a Lead Data Analysis on the Compensation Enablement team, you'll build and sustain sourcing tables which enable seller compensation across all AT&T Business segments. You’ll streamline transmissions across data pipelines and provide Tier 3 support to system users. This is a great opportunity to unlock revenue growth opportunities for leaders across Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and HR.
What you'll do:
- Gather, preprocess, and cleanse data from various sources to ensure it is accurate and ready for analysis.
- Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights, creating reports and recommendations for business decisions.
- Create clear, factual/precise, and compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify, resolve, and ensure the accuracy of data discrepancies across platforms, maintaining data reliability through quality control and auditing.
- Utilize analytical tools including SQL, PowerBI, and Python.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Certification may be required in some areas.
