About the Role

As an Inbound Call Center Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be a key point of contact for our Business Premier customers. You will assist them with a wide range of requests, questions, and inquiries regarding all AT&T products and services. This multi-faceted role requires you to be trained to handle various call types, including billing, collections, retention, service activations and changes, credits and adjustments, troubleshooting, and advanced technical support.

What You'll Do

  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through active listening and expert knowledge of AT&T's offerings.
  • Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and product features.
  • Handle inquiries related to wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined billing, after-hours support, and pre-paid services.
  • Assist customers with setting up new products and services like air cards, USB devices, and AT&T software.
  • Meet monthly sales goals through a consultative approach and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide effective and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
