The Role

The Cyber Analyst Digital Forensics Incident Response at At-Bay will provide incident investigation and response services through:

• Forensically sound collection, transmission, and storage of digital evidence
• Analysis of digital evidence to identify compromise indicators
• Development of incident timelines and root cause theories
• Participation in threat actor and ransom negotiations
• Incident recovery including data restoration and system rebuilds
• Incident report creation for stakeholders including executives and claims teams
• Delivery of recommendations to mitigate future risks
• Conducting incident response training and simulations

Minimum & Preferred Requirements

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or related disciplines. Candidates should be willing to travel as required. Preferred qualifications include coursework in computer science or cybersecurity, a background in law enforcement or military, cloud security knowledge, and cybersecurity certifications such as GCIH, Security+, or CISSP.

Work Location & Compensation

This position is fully remote across the USA. The estimated base pay range is $80,000 to $115,000 per year, determined by market data, location, and experience.
