Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will be critical in fueling Asymbl’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to generate a robust pipeline, drive meaningful conversations with decision-makers, and position Asymbl’s solutions as catalysts for digital workforce transformation.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospects across target industries and segments.
- Develop and communicate compelling point-of-views on industry trends.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage and maintain accurate prospect data within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Develop a deep understanding of Asymbl’s products and value propositions.
- Meet or exceed monthly activity metrics and pipeline contributions.
- Provide market feedback to refine messaging and positioning.
- Coach agentic assistants to maximize digital labor impact.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or consulting.
- Ability to think outside the box and take calculated risks.
- Strong self-discipline and motivation, with proven success in cold outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
