About The Role

As a Technical Project/Program Manager: Data Center Infrastructure, you will play a critical role within Astreya's client's fast-paced Data Center Infrastructure team. This position is central to driving execution, encompassing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of key infrastructure projects. You will engage deeply with partners across the company, diligently collecting requirements, defining priorities, building robust project schedules, tracking complex dependencies, and proactively managing risks throughout all implementation phases. Furthermore, you will contribute to optimizing workflows and enhancing reporting mechanisms by establishing objective measures that boost engineering efficiency and guarantee successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Experience creatively resolving technical issues, resource limitations, and schedule challenges.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure engineering principles and systems development life cycles.
  • A proven track record of coordinating projects in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience improving workflows and enabling automation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with data center infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present project updates to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with demonstrated success in a project management or related role.
