The Medical Department
The Medical department brings together medical and patient perspectives to confirm the impact of our medicines with intermediaries, regulators, patients, and other medical decision-makers. This involves strategic planning and execution of scientific studies, always incorporating patient perspectives across all company areas.

Impact You'll Make
- Identify relevant external stakeholders, interdisciplinary, intersectoral, strategic networks, and medical/scientific societies, building referents and advocates within the framework of Launch Excellence.
- Communicate as an indication expert at eye level with external stakeholders (scientific leadership), building strategic partnerships and collaborations in healthcare.
- Provide active, personal, and scientific support to Key Accounts within a cross-functional team.
- Conceive, initiate, and implement supra-regional and regional scientific projects.
- Participate in regional, national, and international congresses, as well as actively conceptualize, initiate, and implement symposia and continuing education events.
- Professional project management in cross-functional teams.
- Support and accompany internal and external study projects.
- Create scientific presentation materials and training programs for internal (e.g., Sales and Marketing) and external stakeholders in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
- Support scientific publications.
- Responsible documentation and utilization in existing IT systems, and adaptation of new technical systems.
- Plan and implement internal and external continuing education programs.
Strengths You'll Bring
- A successfully completed degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, or medicine, coupled with high medical-scientific competence.
- Experience in medical-scientific field service (Sales, CRA, MSL), as well as in Rheumatology, Dermatology, or Immunology, is advantageous.
- Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new indications and topics.
- Enjoyment and initial experience in actively shaping projects and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- Very good conversation and presentation techniques, with the ability to tailor complex information to the target audience's needs.
- High degree of team and cooperation skills, paired with strong independence and personal flexibility in the field.
- Good MS Office skills and proficiency in German and English.
