  • Oversee HR program implementations across the employee lifecycle.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact HR services.
  • Assess and improve HR processes ensuring compliance with pay equity standards.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise on career development and performance.
  • Implement region-specific HR programs for leadership development and cultural transformation.
  • Contribute to business execution initiatives and communicate program updates.

Essential Skills

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, especially in strategic business partnerships.
  • Expertise in government contracting in Aerospace or SAT industries.
  • Proven leader in complex HR initiatives in global/multi-regional settings.
  • Experience managing employee relations and performance in a large organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees or professional HR certifications beneficial.
  • Solid business acumen, particularly in technology-driven areas.
  • Strong influencing and collaborative abilities across functions and geographies.
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

  • Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
