Purpose

The Medical Science Liaison Sr. MSL Oncology New England role involves identifying and evaluating key external experts, engaging in scientific exchange, gathering critical medical insights, and supporting the development of tactical field plans throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy tactical field plans and support overall business objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and serve as role model for MSL teams.
  • Share and exchange scientific knowledge about products and therapies.
  • Engage one-on-one and group discussions with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge while supporting medical education activities.
  • Identify future stakeholders and support evidence generation activities.

Required Qualifications

A doctorate in Health-Related Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, DO) is required, along with 3-5 years of scientific/medical experience in the pharmaceutical industry and at least 2-3 years in Medical Affairs. Skills include scientific exchange, medical insights generation, interpersonal relationships, and business-fluent English.
